As a founder and CEO of the Re.Liv, I devised the concept and vision; formed and managed a team of 5 members. During the project I:
- assessed the market to identify target market; got initial target market of $10M for selected area of Mumbai & Pune
- interacted with 70+ potential customers to understand the pain points and user persona
- figured out key partners, value proposition, resources etc. to define Business Plan and Roadmap
- researched on older adults psychology and 30+ websites related elderly services to define UX/UI of platform

- Selected under India’s Top 100 startup idea in a competition conducted by Draper University and Viral Fission.
- Further, worked on idea for 6 months, learnt lots of things about team management, planning and execuation.
