Product and Market Analysis:

Here I was involved with rigorous market and product research to analyze competition and improve available cordyceps product: EuCordy, Cordycep powder, Tincture

• I looked at the nutritional value and cost efficiency
• Design part
• Processes and technology which can be used to lower product cost and increase nutrition value

Impact:

• Improved the production of raw cordyceps; achieved 10% reduction in cost with 5% improved nutritional value.

Product Ideation and cost estimation:

Being a startup, most of the time I was involved with product conceptualization and feasibility analysis. There worked on various product ideas ranging from cancer products to animal feeds.

• Research involved the going through articles, patents and other technical literature.
• Feasibility analysis involved market research, competitive product analysis and cost estimation

Impact:

• Conceptualized (composition) a fish feed product, estimated cost
